Role Description

As a Structural Engineer, you will lead the design and evaluation of structural systems while working with innovative materials such as Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). This role requires a solid understanding of both structural principles and the AAC production process—from material preparation and casting to cutting and autoclaving—to ensure its effective application in construction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and site personnel, to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient structural solutions aligned with industry standards and project requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with a focus on Structural Engineering)

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of structural design and analysis
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS)
• Familiar with building codes and safety regulations

Licensure

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)

Experience

• With relevant experience in construction, structural design, or site work for at least 5-10 years
• Background or knowledge in AAC blocks is an advantage
