Job responsibilities:
As a Structural Drafter, you will:
- General Revit modelling and drafting for building structure projects assisting BG&E drafting teams from Australia, UK and NZ.
- Drafting of marked up drawings and preparing drawings for submission.
- Check and manage drawing sets
- Work to BG&E drafting standards
- Working off Autodesk BIM360 and other cloud platforms.
- Work alongside local drafting team lead
Job requirements: (non-negotiables)
- 4 years plus Revit and structural drafting experience in both areas.
- Previously worked for another engineering consultancy in a drafting role preferred but not necessary - 4 years + of Revit experience - 4 years + of drafting technical experience in Structural Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Revit families and drawing templates.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office suites
- Dynamo experience beneficial but not critical
- Autocad experience does not carry any weight.
