Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PRC License in Civil Engineering.
- With 5-10 years experience in Structural Design
- Well versed in STAAD, ETABS and in performance-based.
- Open minded in new structural designing construction concepts.
- Active member of ASEP.
Performs analysis and design of steel structures and connections per codes (AISC/NSCP). Prepares calculations, checks drawings, and supports value engineering. Coordinates with detailing/BIM and site teams for constructability.
- Prepares structural design and calculations for steel structures including beams and columns.
- Reviews and approves shop drawings for fabrication and erection.
- Ensures compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Coordinates with site team to resolve structural design issues.
