Ultrastretch is a new assisted stretching studio opening in Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons. We are hiring Stretch Therapists. You do not need experience in assisted stretching. Almost nobody in the Philippines does — this is a new category here. What we need is the right hands, the right temperament, and the willingness to learn a method properly. We certify you ourselves before you see a single client.

What the work is

You work one-to-one with clients on a stretch bed, guiding them through assisted stretching to improve their flexibility, mobility and performance. Every client is measured at their first session and re-measured every four sessions, so you can see whether what you are doing is working. Sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

This is hands-on work. You will be on your feet, using your body, for most of your shift.

Who we are looking for

• Graduate of Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related course; or a licensed massage therapist (TESDA NC II or equivalent); or a certified fitness trainer or strength coach

• A PRC-licensed Physical Therapist is a strong advantage

• Sound understanding of basic anatomy and how the body moves

• Physically able to sustain hands-on work across a full shift

• Clear, warm communicator — you will explain what you are doing and why, in English and Filipino

• Reliable, coachable, and comfortable being assessed and corrected

• Willing to complete our certification programme before starting client work

• Full certification training provided

• Complimentary weekly stretch session

• HMO coverage after 12 months

• Eight-hour shifts, two days off per week

• A defined path from Therapist to Senior Therapist

Studio hours: Monday to Thursday 11:00–21:00, Friday to Sunday 10:00–22:00, following mall hours. Shifts are rostered within those hours, and staff are on site 30 minutes before opening and about 30 minutes after closing.
