Strategy & Projects - Middle Mile

Ops Clock & Leadtime: Lead and drive end-to-end initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time, working closely with cross-functional teams and department heads to ensure execution excellence.

Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor truck supply/demand trends and partner with Agency Management to ensure supply commitments are met. Analyze arrival curves and outbound throughput to design and recommend optimal shift timing and manpower plans.

Truck Productivity: Own linehaul truck productivity performance by conducting forecasting on parcel profiles, setting realistic productivity KPIs, and leading initiatives to continuously improve efficiency.

New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute end-to-end volume ramp-up strategies and network changes for sorting centers, coordinating closely with key stakeholders and department leaders to ensure seamless implementation.

Strategic & Ad-hoc Projects: Take ownership of high-impact projects from planning to execution, interfacing directly with department heads and senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements and business outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce, consulting, technology, FMCG or logistics industry
• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Strong data modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills preferred experience in building models, dashboards, and data-driven solutions
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objectives
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry in the Philippines
• Must be willing to be stationed in Podium, Mandaluyong
