About the job

What you will do:

• Market & Growth Analysis: Conducts in-depth analysis of markets, trade areas, customer demand, competition, and growth opportunities to support growth strategies, portfolio optimization initiatives, and business recommendations.
• Forecasting & Business Modeling: Manages forecasting and analytical models to evaluate market potential, assess business opportunities, and support long-term planning decisions.
• Investment & Financial Evaluation: Performs financial and investment analysis, assesses different business scenarios, and provides insights that guide capital allocation, expansion priorities, and strategic investments.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Supports cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing project timelines, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment to ensure planning objectives and strategic priorities are successfully delivered
• Data Integration & Decision Insights: Consolidates and analyzes data from multiple sources, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Data Discipline & Continuous Improvement: Ensures the accuracy and quality of analytical outputs while continuously improving tools, models, methodologies, and processes to strengthen decision-making and business performance.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics/Data, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in strategy or corporate planning , business or commercial analytics, market/portfolio planning, or real estate analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
