Operating with greater independence than an Analyst, you will be expected to diagnose problems, structure the approach, build the models, and drive cross-functional alignment without requiring step-by-step guidance. You will also support junior team members by reviewing work and helping them structure problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own workstream execution from planning through to launch
- Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end: Independently scope the landscape, identify supply-demand gaps, and surface constraints before any plan is drawn
- Build and maintain planning models: Develop ADO forecasts, city rollout plans, ramp-up models, commercial frameworks, and SOP templates
- Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination: Run weekly status tracking, manage risks and blockers, and ensure alignment across local and regional stakeholders through to go-live and performance review
- Analyze performance and close the loop: Monitor KPIs vs. targets, conduct root cause analysis on gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for operations and leadership
- Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders: Produce clear, decision-ready reports, proposals, and leadership decks that communicate progress, risks, and recommendations concisely
- Support and guide analysts: Review work, help structure problems, and act as a point of reference for junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields
- Drives problem-solving with a sense of accountability and execution
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- 1-3 years of experience in operations strategy, logistics, e-commerce, analytics, or a related field is preferred
