We are a manufacturing organization seeking a high-caliber Strategy Manager to lead our strategic planning lifecycle. This isn't just a slides and spreadsheets role; we need a tactical thinker who understands how corporate strategy translates into operational reality within a complex industrial framework.
You will act as the bridge between regional leadership's vision and local execution, ensuring that long-term goals are backed by rigorous data, risk mitigation, and cross-functional buy-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Midterm Execution: Orchestrate the annual and midterm planning processes. You will collaborate directly with Functional Heads (FHs) to translate high-level objectives into actionable departmental roadmaps.
- Risk & Business Mapping: Develop and maintain the Business Risk Map and the overall Business Plan. You will provide the framework and support necessary for departmental leaders to complete their specific strategic contributions.
- Strategic Project Ownership: Act as the internal client for high-impact technical projects. You will define deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution for initiatives such as:
- Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement and performance management initiatives to ensure the organization remains lean and competitive.
- Business Continuity: Design and oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to safeguard manufacturing operations against regional or industry-specific disruptions.
- Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex data into clear, high-level reports for the Regional Head (CEO's immediate superior), providing visibility into local performance and strategic pivots.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in Corporate Strategy with a heavy emphasis on Operational Strategy. You should be comfortable navigating both the boardroom and the manufacturing floor.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Energy, or Heavy Industry is highly preferred.
- Financial Acumen: A solid foundation in Finance and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis). You must be proficient in feasibility studies, ROI modeling, and budget oversight.
- Technical Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, technical projects from conception to completion.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional leadership; you must be able to influence without authority and build rapport with diverse technical and commercial teams.
