Strategy Lead

Where: Hybrid at Globe Telecom Plaza 1, Mandaluyong

Salary: 40,000 - 50, 000 (plus HMO and Government benefits)

As our Strategy Lead, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen our competitive edge. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans that fuel our company's success.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the development and implementation of corporate strategies and growth plans.
• Conduct business and market analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and key trends.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable and actionable initiatives.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership, board meetings, and investor updates.
• Build dashboards to monitor company performance and support data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• A proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
