Job Description

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the successful implementation of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring projects move from concept through production deployment with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform implementations and enterprise deployments
Define project scope, requirements, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Support integrations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Drive customer adoption and expansion of AI use cases across organizations
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the deployment lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and project delivery capabilities with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

You will likely possess:

2-5 years of experience in management consulting, project delivery, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a high-growth startup environment
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
Ability to understand technical concepts including APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Self-starter mentality with a proactive and execution-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or quantitative discipline
