WE'RE HIRING | FOUNDER'S OFFICE – STRATEGY, FINANCE & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 4–8 Years
About Ridhira Group
Ridhira Group is a growing hospitality, wellness and real estate platform focused on heritage hospitality, luxury wellness retreats, branded villa communities and premium spa networks across India.
We are looking for a high-ownership professional to work directly with the Founder & Group MD, driving strategic initiatives, financial analysis, capital-raising support and business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Founder's Office
- Drive strategic projects, business planning and leadership reviews.
- Prepare board presentations, MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
Finance & Capital
- Build financial models covering DCF, IRR, valuation and cash-flow projections.
- Prepare investor presentations, information memorandums and due diligence documents.
- Support fundraising, M&A, hotel acquisitions and investor relations.
B2B Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop partnerships with corporates, GCCs, hospitality brands and wellness businesses.
- Support investor outreach, stakeholder engagement and strategic alliances.
- Build and manage the business development pipeline.
What We're Looking For
MBA in Finance from a reputed institution, or CA / CFA Level II or above.
4–8 years of experience in Investment Banking, PE/VC, Big 4 Deals/TAS, Corporate Strategy, Consulting or a Founder's Office.
Strong hands-on financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills.
Proven exposure to investor/client presentations, fundraising or transactions.
Experience in B2B business development, partnerships or strategic alliances.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience in hospitality, real estate, REITs, wellness or high-growth businesses.
