EXECUTION SUPPORT & COORDINATION - supporting the planning and day-to-day execution of IT strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are actively managed
TRACKING & REPORTING - maintaining initiative dashboards, tracking KPIs, risks, issues, and actions ensuring timely and accurate updates for governance forums
GOVERNANCE ENABLEMENT - preparing materials for strategic reviews, cadence meetings, and CIO updates ensuring decisions, actions, and accountabilities are documented and followed through
RISK & ISSUE MANAGEMENT - proactively identifying delivery risks, surfacing blockers early, and coordinating cross-team resolution
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT - working with initiative owners, project managers, finance, and partner teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and value realization
VALUE MONITORING - supporting tracking of benefits realization, cost impact, and transformation outcomes against committed targets

Familiarity with IT delivery lifecycle, governance, and financial tracking
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
3-6 years of experience in IT project management, PMO, transformation support, or strategy execution roles
Experience supporting large-scale IT or digital transformation initiatives
Exposure to governance forums, reporting cadences, and executive material preparation
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Business or related filed
PMP, Agil, or similar certification preferred but not required
