What you'll do

Mentored by a senior strategist of the team, you'll work on the most critical and strategic issues in the business. The problems you will solve traverse the domains of financial economics to corporate strategy, product design, deal-making, customer engagement, partnerships, and business operations. You will develop deep industry knowledge of banking, fundamental skills in strategic thinking, and the rare and invaluable hands-on experience in building and running a digital bank.

In the multiple projects you work on as an analyst, you will be conducting research and analyses, ideating on new creative solutions and hypotheses, and crafting and presenting strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to present your findings to the organization and the senior leadership, as well as execute and run your initiatives alongside stakeholders of the business and other business partners.

As a Strategy Analyst / Associate, you'll receive mentoring from your team members, including a senior member of the team who will be dedicated to your professional development. In addition, the Chief Strategy and Proposition Officer will oversee your longer-term development in the firm, including your staffing on projects, to ensure that you unlock your fullest potential at GoTyme Bank.

Strategy Analyst / Associate is the start of a career of growth with GoTyme Bank, and the wider Tyme Group of Companies. During your tenure with GoTyme, you will have the opportunity to explore a myriad of different product areas and strategy topics. High-performing analysts / associates may also have the opportunity to experience different geographies through a secondment to one of Tyme Group's operations, such as Singapore, Vietnam, or South Africa.

Must haves

• Undergraduate or graduate degree from a competitive institution, or 1-2 years working experience in a related industry
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Comfort with continuous learning in highly intense, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, and taking on responsibility
• Strong capacity to build trusted relationships with local and global stakeholders and work collaboratively with teams
• Ability to communicate effectively, and not be afraid to be part of open communication
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a self-starter with passion for the firm's mission
