AC Health Pharma Ventures, Inc. (APV) is looking for a Strategy Associate to help drive key growth and transformation initiatives across our healthcare and pharmaceutical portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and management while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

As a Strategy Associate, you'll play a key role in helping translate business strategy into action. You will work on high-impact projects that influence decision-making, business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting strategic projects from planning to implementation

Conducting market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends

Developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations

Partnering with leaders across different functions to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities

Tracking business performance, monitoring key initiatives, and generating insights that support decision-making

Supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness

What We're Looking For

We're looking for highly driven professionals who are naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, or any related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and executive storytelling skills
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, retail healthcare, or related industries is a plus
