Job Description:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives to enhance performance
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on strategy initiatives to understand feasibilities and effectiveness of the solutions
- Act as project manager to oversee the implementation, from proof of concept to scaling up
- Prepare material and presentation for management meetings
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or project management
- Experience translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management or financial planning & analysis experience is a plus.
- Amenable to be assigned at Podium, Mandaluyong
