We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Corporate Strategy & Development Associate to support high-impact strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and transaction analysis.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting who thrive in analytical, deal-driven environments.
Role Overview
You will partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, support capital allocation decisions, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. The role requires strong financial modeling expertise, valuation experience, and the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine detailed financial models, including:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models
- Three-statement operating models
- Scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Conduct valuation analyses for investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
- Perform financial and operational due diligence on target companies
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment memos
- Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factors
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution of strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial modeling (DCF, 3-statement models)
- Experience in valuation and transaction analysis
- Background in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance
- Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Demonstrated due diligence experience in deal or investment contexts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-performance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a Fortune 500 company or top-tier firm
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Background in M&A, private equity, or strategic advisory
- Exposure to board-level reporting and executive communications
