Job Description:

Own and manage monthly budgeting, including cost tracking, variance analysis, headcount planning, and forecasting
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize last-mile cost structure, driver supply, productivity, and overall P&L
Lead end-to-end projects to drive operational and cost optimization initiatives
Analyze the performance of projects and initiatives, and effectively communicate key insights and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in strategy, business planning, project management, operations, or data analysis
Strong proficiency in data modeling using Google Sheets experience with SQL is a plus.
Comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-driven with a willingness to learn and improve
