About The Team
The Strategy & Operations Lead will work directly with the Philippines Country Head as part of a small Chief of Staff team. The role focuses on ensuring leadership has the right data, insights, and structured thinking to make critical business decisions.
You will identify and solve high-impact problems that cut across teams, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and drive alignment across the organization. This includes surfacing emerging risks, structuring ambiguous issues, and helping leadership move quickly on the matters that most affect the business.
This role requires someone who can form strong perspectives, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes across functions, often without direct authority.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the Country Head with data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Identify and resolve cross-functional operational or strategic issues
- Conduct deep dives on critical business topics (cost structure, competition, operational performance, organizational effectiveness)
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives across teams
- Build outside-in perspectives through data analysis and stakeholder engagement

Requirements
- 47 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or strategy/operations roles in high-growth tech companies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes
- SQL or data analytics experience is a plus
