- Extensive experience in strategy consulting, payments, or financial services
- Strong track record of leading complex transformation engagements
- Deep expertise in technology, credit risk, or payments, with specialist experience anchored in the payments ecosystem
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience in commercial sales or business development is advantageous
