The Role
We are seeking a strategic, curious, and tech-forward Strategic Talent Sourcer to support U.S.-based recruiting efforts across diverse industries.
This is not a transactional resume-sourcing role. We are looking for someone who approaches sourcing like market research. Someone who asks better questions, experiments with tools, studies talent landscapes, and builds intentional pipelines rather than simply filling lists.
You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and nurture high-caliber talent across technical, executive, and operational roles. The right candidate thrives on solving complex hiring puzzles, leveraging new technologies, and adapting sourcing strategies based on industry and market dynamics.
The ideal candidate may come from varied industry backgrounds. What matters most is hands-on experience supporting U.S. recruiting teams and the ability to think strategically in a fully remote environment.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with proven exposure to U.S.-based hiring processes. Experience working across multiple industries and role levels is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Mapping and Research
- Conduct deep market research to identify target talent pools across multiple industries.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role's seniority, technical complexity, and industry landscape.
- Map competitor talent and analyze hiring trends to inform proactive outreach.
- Build structured pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Provide insight into talent availability and U.S. market dynamics.
Advanced Sourcing and Tech-Driven Execution
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, Chrome extensions, and niche platforms.
- Experiment with emerging sourcing technologies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches beyond traditional job boards.
- Continuously test and refine outreach messaging to improve engagement rates.
- Maintain organized workflows within ATS and CRM systems.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building
- Craft highly personalized, strategic outreach tailored to candidate background and industry.
- Adjust tone and positioning based on U.S. cultural expectations and client nuances.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess experience, alignment, and remote readiness.
- Build long-term candidate relationships rather than one-time interactions.
- Represent client brands professionally and strategically in all communications.
U.S. Recruiting Alignment
- Support U.S.-based hiring teams with strong understanding of U.S. hiring standards and expectations.
- Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles with a U.S. market lens.
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate candidate quality and profile alignment.
- Provide feedback on role feasibility and sourcing strategy adjustments.
Process Optimization and Innovation
- Track sourcing metrics including response rates, pipeline health, and engagement performance.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Research and implement new sourcing tools with a focus on scalability and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards.
