The Moment Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Officer (Non Food) to join our team in our Makati City office. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings, quality improvements and supply chain optimisation for our non-food procurement needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-effective suppliers and negotiate favourable contract terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritise sourcing needs and strategies
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimise costs, quality, delivery and supply chain performance
- Manage vendor relationships, performance and compliance to support continuous improvement
- Identify and capitalise on procurement-related risks and opportunities
- Document and report on sourcing activities, savings and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive fact-based decisions
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of procurement best practices, including sourcing methodologies, supplier relationship management and contract management
- Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain software and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business or economics
- Proven experience in FMCG, food and beverage or retail industry is highly preferred
- Open to wrok onsite in Makati
