Purpose
The Strategic Renewal Manager leads renewal strategy and execution for Check Points most important accounts, ensuring retention of high-value customers and protection of long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-quarter renewal plans for strategic accounts
- Identify renewal risk early and drive mitigation plans
- Lead complex commercial negotiations
- Manage executive relationships
- Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product
- Ensure accurate forecasting and risk visibility
Language Requirements
SRMs must be fluent in English and fluent or native in at least one of the major customer languages they support. Priority languages include:
- Mandarin
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Bahasa Malaysia
- Korean
- Japanese
- Thai
Additional languages are a strong advantage.
Ideal Profile
- 4 years+ enterprise SaaS or subscription sales experience
- Strong negotiation and executive presence
- Ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
