Job Description

Position Accountability Statement

Leads the end-to-end strategic planning cycle of the organization, translating long-term ambition into

actionable plans, measurable performance outcomes, and high-impact strategic initiatives. Serves as an

integrator of business intelligence, enterprise performance, and cross-functional execution to support

executive decisions.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy Design:

○ Manage the end-to-end strategic planning cycle, including annual and mid-term plans,

ensuring alignment from enterprise strategy to business units and functions.

○ Facilitate executive planning sessions and workshops, translating strategic priorities

into actionable initiatives, KPIs, and roadmaps

Market Intelligence:

○ Drive enterprise-wide business and market intelligence, synthesizing competitive

insights, industry trends, and best practices into strategic recommendations.

Performance Management:

○ Manage the Maxigroup Balanced Scorecard, including CEO and ELT scorecards,

ensuring alignment of KPIs across all business units and functions

○ Develop and deliver executive dashboards and performance reviews, providing clear

Visibility On Progress, Risks, And Required Management Actions

Initiative Oversight:

○ Oversee and support high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring governance, cross-

functional alignment, and timely execution

○ Lead and support high-priority strategic projects and transformation initiatives endorsed

by management
