Strategic Project Management (Buyer Self-Collect) - SPX Express

Strategic Projects

• Lead and support strategic projects related to network expansion, business growth, process improvement, and operational transformation.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities, conduct structured analysis, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Develop project plans, business cases, implementation approaches, and performance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Drive projects from problem identification and solution design through implementation and post-project review.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally to drive project outcomes and ensure successful implementation.

Network Strategy & Expansion

• Develop and execute initiatives to support the growth and optimisation of SPX's self-collection network.
• Evaluate network performance, location potential, and market opportunities to identify areas for expansion and improvement.
• Support network planning and strategic decisions through data-driven analysis and business insights.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to drive network expansion and partner development initiatives.

Business Performance & Optimisation

• Analyse network performance to identify opportunities to improve utilisation, efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand performance gaps and develop improvement strategies.
• Develop performance dashboards and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations and actionable initiatives.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with operations, commercial, deployment, maintenance, and other functions to drive project and business outcomes.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to support network development and performance improvement.
• Align stakeholders on project objectives, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Provide structured insights and recommendations to management on network and business performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets experience in data analysis, dashboards, or business presentations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, project management, operations excellence, corporate strategy, or business analytics is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or network-related businesses is a plus.
