Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Help develop strategic omnichannel plans that support the brand and digital planning requirements of the team
  • Inspire fresh, market-relevant and strategic solutions in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Help build a culture of curiosity in asking the right questions to brand and target market; and listening to learn.
  • Excite team members to discover insights from unexpected triggers towards unique and buildable ideas.
  • Innovate within teams, workflow, deadlines and budgets.
  • Evolve traditional marketing communications to transformative ideas.
  • Help win pitches. Interpret briefs and be responsive to client needs.
  • Realize the organizations collective vision to become true innovators in today's changing marketing business.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Have basic qualitative research skills such as interviewing and culling insights from raw data,
  • Basic grasp of data/info research from varied sources, collation, analysis, and synthesis
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, advertising, marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: 40,000-60,000
