This Strategic
Partnerships Manager role will drive our strategic inorganic growth
initiatives, which encompass identifying and evaluating strategic
transactions, alongside leading critical projects designed to future-proof the
business in an evolving market. 

What You'll Do:

Strategic Growth Initiatives: 

·        
Identify, assess, and evaluate potential acquisition
or partnership targets that align with our company's
strategic objectives and growth aspirations. 

·        
Conduct comprehensive due diligence for these
opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and risk
assessment. 

·        
Assist in the negotiation
and structuring of strategic transactions. 

·        
Future-Proofing Project Management: 

·        
Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing
our long-term competitiveness and resilience. 

·        
Coordinate cross-functional teams to
ensure timely and successful project execution. 

·        
Oversee and review critical project documentation
related to tax, legal, compliance, and business operations. 

·        
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key internal and external stakeholders for project success. 

What
You Need to Have:

·        
 Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, corporate
development, M&A, or strategic project management, or
banking preferably within the financial services or consumer finance
industry. 

·        
 Demonstrated ability to manage complex
projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. 

·        
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
critical thinking skills.

·        
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation
abilities.

·        
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
