Role Overview
Partner Sourcing
Partner Sourcing
- Proactively identifies new suppliers, products, and partnership opportunities in support of the company's portfolio innovation plans.
- Conducts due diligence to ensure supplier viability, covering supply chain reliability, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and commercial feasibility.
- Participates in and assists with commercial negotiations with identified partners.
- Prepares and drafts commercial agreements to formalize partnership terms.
- Alliance Management
- Assists in managing and strengthening relationships with new and existing partners.
- Supports the continuity of existing products by assisting in the management and resolution of product or supplier performance issues.
- Facilitates communication and technical exchanges between internal teams and external partners to fulfill product and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures adherence to project timelines set and aligned with the Innovation Team.
- Assists in managing and updating the Partnerships Database for the assigned segment.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate commercial and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple markets
- Highly proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, partnerships or related roles is a plus
