About the job

What you will do:

This role will cover the Visayas and Mindanao regions and will be responsible for the following:

• Market Potential Analysis: Analyze and validate the potential of provinces using internal and external data to support network growth and expansion strategies.
• Market Segmentation: Identify and define mini‑markets within provinces using market planning principles to drive targeted and sustainable growth.
• Site and Gap Identification: Evaluate trade area gaps and recommend actions for site selection, pipeline development, and resource allocation.
• Post‑Analysis & Insights: Conduct regular post‑analyses to assess performance, refine strategies, and enable continuous improvement across markets.
• Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align market plans with national business objectives and ensure profitable expansion.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates fluent in Bisaya
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
• With at least one year of work experience in business development, strategic planning, or market research within any of the following: trade marketing, real estate planning, asset management, development strategy, data & analytics
• With proven advanced analytical and business skills
• With strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Willingness to engage in extensive field work
