About the Role
Your Impact Drive Execution: Work directly with the Department Head to turn high-level strategies into reality, ensuring key projects stay on track and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Insights: Dive deep into customer analytics and data science to provide the why behind business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT, Data Science, and our Branch networks to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Support the development of robust business cases and project plans for the bank's next big moves.
- International Synergy: Liaise with global partners like SMBC on high-impact collaboration projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a 4-year degree, preferably in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.
- Experience: Ideally 23 years in product development or project management within a financial institution.
- Early Career: Fresh graduates with a strong analytical foundation and a desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs; knowledge of project management frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- The Analytical Mind: You have a knack for turning numbers into narratives. Experience with PowerBI or advanced Excel is a major plus.
