About the Role
Are you a highly analytical CPA with a proven track record in financial strategy Our organization is seeking a Strategic Finance Officer to serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership. You will be instrumental in guiding our long-term financial health, ensuring our performance meets strategic objectives, and driving critical decision-making across budgeting, forecasting, and business optimization.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial models to inform strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, conducting detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Provide financial insights and collaborate with senior management on evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and potential Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop compelling business cases to support new projects and organizational initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Finance and Audit.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate actionable insights clearly to executive audiences.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, industry standards, and compliance procedures.
- Experience or interest in utilizing advanced analytics and data visualization tools in financial reporting.
