Why this role is open:
We have several manual processes that have exceeded our team's capacity, particularly around month-end ARR close and Investor Relations consensus tracking and reporting. We are looking for a dedicated resource to support these recurring workflows, ensure accuracy, and flag issues in a timely manner.
Scope:
- Support month-end close process focused on ARR reporting and variance analysis
- Work with Bookings_daily as the source of truth for ARR pipeline and apply ARR definitions across systems (Salesforce, Stripe, Product Admin)
- Assist in Investor Relations consensus tracking and reporting using Pigment
- Support weekly close reviews, maintain variance trackers, and escalate issues or discrepancies as needed
- Provide ad hoc support in resolving data issues and ensuring reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Looking for candidates with a minimum 6 years of experience, with strong attention to detail, communication skills and natural ownership of end-to-end processes

- Must Have:
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, Operations or other related areas
- Experience with sensitive data entry, project management and reconciliations
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to learn new financial and data visualization tools quickly
- Demonstrated strong understand of data quality, primarily in reconciling completeness and accuracy of large datasets and risk assessment
- Familiarity with Accounting or Finance concepts, specifically in SAAS and Order to Cash processes
- Experience operating in high-precision environments where data accuracy, completeness, and auditability are critical (e.g., financial reporting, accounting close, data reconciliation, or similar).
- Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Nice to Have:
- Proficient with SQL
- Background in system / business controls & validations
Systems & Tools leveraged
- Hex - our visualization and dashboarding tool that houses or variance reconciliation tables used to capture issues and escalate for resolution
- Salesforce - System of record for Sales bookings that contribute to ARR
- Product Admin - In house system that captures product lock-ins and core customer data like, active license, active status and other PII
- Stripe - System of record for invoicing
- Google Sheets - Currently used for reporting and tracking of variances
- Pigment - Financial planning and reporting software used by Finance
