Job Description

Responsible for identifying, screening, and pursuing potential business opportunities in

infrastructure. Provides analysis to existing and potential investments to strengthen

management's decision-making and corporate approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics/Business Management.
• 2- 3 year experience in Business Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Project Finance, M&A Advisory, Equity Research with relevant coverage or similar.
• Certified Management Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Project Management Certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in Financial Modelling and Financial Analysis.
• Knowledgeable in Public-Private Partnerships, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation, and Infrastructure Development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Good presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the Water Infrastructure is an advantage.
