Role Description The Strategic Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu, responsible for managing and growing key client relationships across VTC's portfolio. In this role, the individual will oversee strategic accounts, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services that meet contractual and performance expectations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting account reviews, preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring account performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Strategic Account Manager will collaborate with operations, finance, and service teams to address issues, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery and support. This role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, and contributing to strategic planning to strengthen VTC's position with private and government clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, with experience handling strategic or key accounts.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, negotiation, and contract management to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with performance metrics, reporting, and market analysis.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Background in healthcare, medical supplies, or institutional services (private or government) is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu, manage multiple accounts concurrently, and adapt in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
