Strat Growth Init Counsel Manager

The mission statement of Global Services Legal is to drive sustainable business growth for Accenture by providing deep legal expertise at the intersection of business strategy, industry and technology in a highly dynamic environment. The Global Services Legal team functions as the integrator between various other parts of the Legal team, coordinating between the multidisciplinary areas of deep expertise across the wider Legal team, to deliver one holistic Legal perspective to the business.

Key Responsibilities

As Services Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, solutions, capabilities, and preparing those offerings for market.

Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team

Enable Accenture's Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams

Support the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy

Minimum [8 yrs.] relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI servicesExperience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings. Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offeringsTrack record of developing trusted relationships with business leadersExperience shaping deals and evaluating innovative commercial models for new product and service offerings, ideally including data & AI servicesExperience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
