Key Responsibilities
Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology by conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, and offering general product counsel support as the business prepares offerings to go to market.
Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact, together with other members of the team, for the business and assets teams
Collaborate with other teams within GSL and across legal, including colleagues in Resale, Strategic Partnering, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams
Support the Contracting team as product counsel and subject matter expert regarding playbooks, templates and occasional deal support.
Support Accenture's Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in evaluation of prospective acquisition AI & Data targets.
Assist the team with legal research.
Support the development, review maintenance and improvement of processes, tools and efficiency initiatives across the team, which may include producing PowerPoint decks, workplans, and guidance materials.
Maintain awareness of emerging legal and regulatory trends related to technology, including LLMs, generative and agentic AI.

Education And Qualifications
Graduate Law degree (JD) and admission in good standing with applicable bar association(s) (or local equivalents)
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Able to work with US time zones
Must have relevant experience with AI, software and non-transactional legal work
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on software including AI
Knowledge of SaaS, Software License, and AI- related contract structures
Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings, including with respect to AI & Data
High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
