Retail Supervisor – Scooping Station
We're looking for a Retail Supervisor – Scooping Station to lead our store operations, support our team, and create a great experience for every customer. You'll oversee daily operations, sales, inventory, staffing, and store standards while helping the team deliver excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure store readiness and smooth service.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and daily store reports.
- Lead, coach, and support store crew to achieve strong performance.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and attendance.
- Address customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies and support teams as needed.
- Manage petty cash, store documentation, and administrative requirements.
- Support store audits, maintenance, permits, and other operational activities.
- Implement company standards and initiatives from the Retail Head.
- Identify ways to improve store operations, customer experience, and sales.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or similar operations.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using MS Office; POS and SAP experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Willing to travel between assigned scooping stations and perform fieldwork.
