BASIC FUNCTION
The Retail Supervisor (Scooping Station) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring smooth store execution, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets.
The role manages store personnel, inventory, and administrative requirements while maintaining compliance with company standards and delivering a positive customer experience across all scooping stations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned scooping stations.
- Ensure stores operate efficiently and meet sales, service, and operational standards.
- Monitor and manage weekly inventory, including ordering and replenishment through SAP.
- Oversee proper handling and liquidation of petty cash and store-related expenses.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and ensure accuracy of store data.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly store audits with Finance.
- Implement operational directions and initiatives from the Retail Head.
- Lead hiring and interviewing of store crew (scoopers) and coordinate with manpower agencies.
- Conduct and facilitate training of store personnel to ensure consistent service and product quality.
- Prepare weekly schedules, manage attendance, approve leaves, and handle manpower-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, reports, and store-related records.
- Coordinate filing of permits and assist contractors during store setup, maintenance, or installations.
- Manage store supplies such as uniforms and operational materials.
- Maintain organized filing of petty cash, reimbursements, and store documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, store standards, and mall regulations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned in support of retail operations.
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
- At least High School Graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant operations.
- With supervisory experience managing store operations and staff is an advantage
