Role Description: The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role oversees daily store operations, including inventory management, stock monitoring, and ensuring product availability and proper display. The Store Supervisor coordinates and guides store staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also involves handling customer concerns, improving service quality, maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness, and preparing basic reports on sales, inventory, and operational issues. The Store Supervisor collaborates with other departments to support promotional activities and overall store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive store experience and timely resolution of concerns.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG, with knowledge of basic inventory and store operations.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site full-time, 6 days workweek, 9 am to 6 pm in Calle Industria, Bagumbayan Quezon City.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
