Job Summary
The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals. This role ensures that store standards, policies, and procedures are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily activities of store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns or complaints.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store performance goals.
- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure accuracy in sales transactions, cash handling, and store reports.
- Train, guide, and motivate store employees.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and store guidelines.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store at all times.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- At least 13 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
