  • Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service within Making Fine Group.
  • Manage and train front-of-house staff in our renowned Food & Beverages industry setting.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and handle vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in restaurant management and inventory management; strong leadership skills; ability to work as a team player; excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing daily operations; managing staff schedules; ensuring customer satisfaction; maintaining inventory levels; enforcing health and safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
