Location: Santa Rosa, Laguna
Full-Time Position
Salary: PHP 22,000 – 23,000
Qualifications
- College Graduate or College Level
- With experience in Sales and Store Operations
- 2–3 years experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role
- Customer service–oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Willing to learn and undergo training
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and delivery
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand image
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Manage budgets, track sales performance, and maximize profitability
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to Head Office
- Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation standards
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Head Office and manage store assets
