Store Supervisor

Job Description

• In-charge of PRO concept shop operations:
• Including recruitment of promoters, store operation SOP, KPI setting
• Ensure all store processes are followed and complied with.
• Handles inventory management, store display standards and POSM management
• Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers, and front liners.
• Concept shop construction coordination
• Keeps store identity standards
• LDU management and in-store promotion execution
• Ensure all after-sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process aligned with HQ requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with store management and people management
• Experience in IT Telco industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
• Willing to work onsite
