Store Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in store operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations, procedures, and standards.
• Experience in managing store performance, sales targets, and daily operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Monitor store performance, sales targets, and key operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and store standards.
• Supervise and support store personnel to maintain productivity and excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and proper merchandise handling.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve store efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to address store-related concerns and operational requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience.
