MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate or College Level
Experience in Sales and Store operations
2 - 3 years experience in Supervisory or Leadership role
Customer Service oriented
Problem-Solving skills
Computer Literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management. Willing to learn and to be trained
Duties And Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer
service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs. Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image. Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff. Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability. Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to
head office. Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation. Liason with Head office: Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
