Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in San Miguel, Bulacan, responsible for overseeing daily store operations. This role includes supervising store staff, organizing work schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Supervisor monitors inventory levels, maintains visual merchandising standards, and supports sales activities to achieve store targets. The role also involves handling customer concerns, guiding team members to deliver excellent service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and delegation.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Candidates should have experience in retail or store operations, including basic inventory management and cash handling.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting operational and sales goals.
• Candidates should preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in business or retail management is an advantage.
• Candidates should be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
