Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented
Store Specialist / Cashier to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury timepieces and jewelry, enjoys working directly with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining the security of high-value merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the buying and selling of pre-owned watches and jewelry in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable timepieces or jewelry based on customer preferences and needs
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash and electronic payments with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and securely stored
- Deliver outstanding after-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Adhere to store policies and procedures regarding the security, handling, and documentation of high-value items
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Jewelry appraisal experience is an advantage but not required
