Job Description

Oversee daily operations of Rapide Marikina branch
Supervise and support auto mechanics and service advisors
Ensure quality control and proper diagnosis of vehicle concerns
Manage inventory, procurement, and store supplies
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Monitor sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Prepare and submit regular reports to head office
With experience in automotive services/auto mechanic knowledge
At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive or service-oriented business
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and service abilities
Willing to work on-site at Rapide Marikina branch
