Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure operational excellence
- Monitor sales performance, food costs, labor costs, and profitability
- Prepare and analyze P&L reports and recommend improvement strategies
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and government regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance
- Drive customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
- Experience in P&L (Profit & Loss) Analysis and Reporting
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
