Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor sales performance, food costs, labor costs, and profitability
  • Prepare and analyze P&L reports and recommend improvement strategies
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and government regulations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives
  • Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in restaurant operations management
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards
  • Experience in P&L (Profit & Loss) Analysis and Reporting
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
