The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is looking for a highly driven and people-centered Store Manager to lead our branch at Robinsons Cybergate, Cebu City.
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure consistent customer experience, manage store profitability (P&L), and lead a motivated, service-oriented team. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced retail or food service environments and are passionate about delivering world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the entire store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and staff deployment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs while managing P&L
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members for growth
- Handle guest concerns, escalations, and operational issues
- Safeguard cash handling procedures and store assets
- Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture
Qualifications:
- At least 23 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, caf, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience managing store operations, sales, costs, and P&L
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Passionate about coffee, service excellence, and team development
