What You'll Do
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate a results-driven retail team
- Deliver excellent customer service and build customer loyalty
- Ensure smooth store operations, compliance, and visual standards
- Manage merchandise availability, inventory, and loss prevention
- Partner with HR, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams for store success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course
- 35+ years of store management experience (retail, food, or similar)
- Furniture retail, B2B or corporate selling experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and customer-first mindset
- Willing to be assigned at SM Bacolod
